Hunger is one of the major reasons why most diets fail. Therefore, it is always better to opt for foods that will keep you fuller for a longer time keeping hunger pangs at bay. Some of these nutritious foods should be substituted with the unhealthy food options.

Eggs
Eggs are packed with nutrients that keep your bones strong. Being rich in potassium, eggs keep you full for a longer time. Start your day with eggs to leave you satisfied until lunch.

Dark Chocolate
When you are craving something sweet, eat dark chocolate. According to a study, it’s more filling than milk chocolate and helps curb cravings for both sweet and salty foods.

Apple
