Foods that keep women young

November 13, 2012

BEIJING- Eating less often brings some dramatic consequences. An experiment in the United States reduced foods for mice by 30% every day. Subsequently, the mice’s lives extended 30%. Even more incredible is that a thin man’s heart is usually 10 or 15 years younger than a fat man. According to other documents, the insulin levels of those whose control calorie intake have been obviously improved. The DNA damage signs have been totally reduced accordingly. Scientists believe that the control of appetite can decrease the tissue damage of high blood sugar, reduce the occurrence of inflammation and cut down the free radicals (major cause of aging).

Sugar causes aging

High-sugar foods often contain a lot of soluble sugars which can make blood sugar rise rapidly in a short period and lead to the occurrence of diabetes as long term effect. Diabetes will accelerate the aging process and bring more problems to other organs of body. So we’d better to get back to our old mainly vegetarian eating habits. But we should still pay attention to eating less potato, because potatoes can increase 30% risk of diabetes. Whole wheat, unpolished rice, pasta and bulgur wheat are some better choices.

Let mouth enjoy vegetables and fishes

Eat different kinds of vegetables as much as possible every day. You should know the reasons without being told. Besides, those who love the sea foods shouldn’t consider that all sea foods are good. In fact, those we actually need are the rich fatty acid in the fish. It will help us prevent heart attack, slow depression, Alzheimer’s, hyperostosis, and vision loss. Salmon, sardines, trout have abundant fatty acids. Good fatty acids are also in some nuts such as walnuts, corn oil, castor oil, and especially olive oil as well. We should eat less fried foods, margarine and other unhealthy fatty acids.

Curry keeps you young

Curcumin is a capsaicin which makes curry yellow. It is also a potential anti-aging agent. In India, curcumin is often used to bandage wounds. Curry is also widely used in East Asia. This is why East Asians suffering less from various forms of cancer, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. If you don’t like the Indian food, it is best to guarantee a supplement of 500 mg to 1000 mg curcumin every day.

Double supplement vitamin D

If you have to supplement a vitamin, experts will advise you to take vitamin D. Vitamin d generated by the skin exposed on the light. However this process will be gradually weakened with aging. Currently, about half of human lacks of vitamin D. This problem can lead to osteoporosis, hardening of the arteries, and a variety of cancers. The lack of Vitamin D is so general, unless you eat a lot of fish to supplement.
