Researchers say strawberries can enhance diets designed to reduce heart disease risk.

According to health experts, strawberries have higher levels of vitamin C, fiber and potassium than most fruits.

A study found that adding strawberries to a cholesterol-lowering diet help reduce LDL cholesterol and the ratio of total to HDL cholesterol.

Researchers say that adding fruit like strawberries can enhance diets designed to reduce heart disease risk.
