Can I eat fruit as much as I like?

This will depend on individual circumstances.
It is recommended that all people eat at least three to four servings of fruit per day.
Most people can eat more than this, particularly if they spread their intake throughout the day.
For example, one piece of fruit at breakfast, one at afternoon tea and another after dinner. Your blood glucose levels will make you aware of how different foods react in your bloodstream. Fresh fruit contains carbohydrate and so can raise blood glucose levels, some more than others.
Monitoring your blood glucose levels is the only way to know.
