Gardening benefits elderly people to live longer

Researchers suggest that Gardening and working around the house can grant people over the age of 60 to have a longer life.

The study report elder people find it harder to exercise regularly so gentle activities such as home repairs and gardening are enough to reduce the risk of a heart attack or stroke. Experts recommended it for a healthy lifestyle.
