Sleep more to boost creativity

Have you ever wondered what the secret of successful creative professionals is? It’s longer sleep time.
Studies at various schools including Copenhagen Business School and Cal State University Long Beach found that sleep boosts creativity.

It found that in order to solve complex challenges, longer sleeping time is required. And the more complex a challenge is, the more planning is need. So in order to a achieve a smoother, more productive work, combine longer sleep time with better planning.

The study also found that sleeping more boosts the happy hormone endorphins which are produced within the brain and nervous system.
